The holder of the treatment of the data collected through this website, for the purposes indicated below, is the company Tecnologie Meccaniche Spa with registered office at – Via Trapani, 1 – 00041 Albano Laziale (Rm) – P.I. 01894591005. To exercise his/her rights, the interested party may contact the data controller by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of the tax domicile, or by e-mail to direzione@tecnologiemeccaniche.com.

Data collected through this website: Depending on the circumstances, the website may collect data from the interested party in different ways and for different purposes, as detailed below.
(a) Data collected by computerized means:
During Users’ browsing, the following information may be collected and stored in the website’s server (hosting) log files:
– Internet protocol (IP) address;
– browser type;
– parameters of the device used to connect to the website;
– name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);
– date and time of the visit;
– the user’s source (referrer) and exit page;
– eventually the number of clicks.

Through the “Join Us” section, the data subject may contact the Data Controller company, submitting his/her application for the purpose of personnel selection. Place of Data Treatment:

Data processing is carried out at the registered office of the Data Controller and at the data center of web Hosting Aruba S.p.A. The data controller is the web hosting, which processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller.

Data retention period:
The data collected by the website during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are other reasons to keep it.
Data (IP address) used for website security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the website) are stored for 30 days.   

Data for analytical (statistical) purposes are stored in aggregate form for 24 months.
Data provided voluntarily through contact forms are processed for the period necessary to fulfill the data subject’s requests and may be stored for an additional period of up to three years.
Data contained in resumes submitted through the “Join Us” form may be retained for a maximum period of two years.

Transmission of collected data to third parties: 

The data collected by the website are not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate requests by judicial authorities and only in cases provided for by law; if necessary, for the provision of a specific service requested by the User; to perform security checks or optimize the website.

Transfer of data to non-EU countries:

This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular, with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plug-ins and the Google Analytics service. The aforementioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Rights of the Interested Party:

– in cases of consent-based processing, to receive, at the sole cost of the eventual support, their data provided to the holder, in a structured and readable format by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
– to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor -https://www.garanteprivacy.it);
– as well as, more generally, to exercise all the rights recognized by the legislation in force.
